I'm afraid of flying and has been reported recently, alprazolam, 5 mg, to have to calm myself down.I one 5'7 woman who weighs about 135 pounds. Just wondering how long it will take for the medicine to throw into the pot? My flight is approximately 3 hours, you may want one hours before the flight, then when the plane for me, over the whole flight sleeping? Thank you.
